Accessibility to all rooms, terraces, rooftops, and common areas (such as pools or lobbies) can also affect the duration of the on-site work.
Processing of Scanning Data:
The workload increases with the size of the property and the number of scan points required to achieve smooth navigation. Larger properties generate more data and therefore require additional processing time to ensure accurate alignment and a seamless virtual experience.
Plans and Models:
The level of detail influences the final price. Depending on the intended use (real estate marketing, internal documentation, renovation planning, or premium presentation), the model can be optimized accordingly. Floor plans and measurement accuracy can be provided at different levels based on client needs.
